2009 California Chardonnay 
This Chardonnay is not oaked, so it crisp and fresh with a floral nose. Will go nicely with chicken, fish dishes or just sipping around the house. A unique gift to that golfer you know who has everything!

Production- Lots hand- picked, early morning, clean fruit. Crushed to press, 15ppm SO2, settled 48 hours, racked. Fermented in stainless steel tanks with M-2 yeast for 10 days at a maximum of 68 degrees. Racked to neutral French oak for 7 months. Fined, Stabilized, and Filtered. No M-L initiated.

- Whoever receives the package must be 21 or older
- If you're drunk when the package shows up, you will not be allowed to receive it
- Wine cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box
- We highly recommend you use a business address as your shipping address
